大唐风雅,古都新韵

每个人的心中都有一座长安城，它是大唐的遗迹，拥有著名的古城墙与大雁塔；如今，和所有身处城市化进程中的城市群落一样，古都新生，既有新的气息、又有古的神韵。由西安开创的兼具文物呵护和经济发展的“曲江模式”即是此例。而华润曲江九里正位于这个区块内，普利斯设计集团在此项目的景观设计上也沿用了这种思路。示范区虽不大，亦可一窥“古韵”与“新意”的交织。

In everyone’s heart, there is a Chang’an City. Itis the ruins of the Tang Dynasty with the famous ancient City Wall and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Today’s Xi’an, like all the cities, revitalizes in the progress of urbanization. The difference is that Xi’an has both new breath and ancient charm. The “Qujiang Mode” pioneered by Xi’an is an excellent example illustrating the balance between historic and cultural preservation and economic development. Located in the Qujiang precinct, Top Mansion was designed in same philosophy. We can find the integration between new breath and ancient charm from its small scale display area.

“古韵”来自于以“琴弦震颤，仙乐徐来”的概念。在示范区内，古琴弦的元素被抽象贯彻在总体结构和细节设计之中；两种曲调——“欢跃奔流”与“平和婉转”，在对比中展现西安的生命力。

“Old charm” comes from the concept “the strings are vibrating and the music is coming”. The strings of the Guqin was abstract, becoming the key design elements in the overall layout and details. Two strikingly contrasted tunes, the jubilant running and peaceful flowing, show the vitality of Xi’an.

街角的对景花园内，设计师利用跌水池解决了高差问题，配合色彩明丽的花池，营造出欢跃的氛围。跌水池中，水流沿着一层层蜿蜒展开的石阶而下，丛生乌桕随风招展，好一派“大弦嘈嘈如急雨”的韵味。

In the courtyard situated in the street corner, the falling water pool is used to offset the variance in the height difference and the bright colorful flower pool creates a lovely ambiance. The water flows down along the stone steps and the Chinese tallow trees blow in the wind, soundingas “the bold strings rattled like splatters of sudden rain”.

夜晚观之，黄色的灯带从黑色曲形石阶底部发出，如被剔劈的古琴弦，在水中振颤。

In the evening, the yellow light ribbons glow from the base of the black curved stone steps, like the broken strings of guqin vibrating in the water.

转至步行入口区，曲调渐缓、趋柔，转化为“小弦切切如私语”。四座错开排列的异形水景与两座整石打造的契形树池，恬静地分布在灰色系铺装的两侧，互相呼应。待到年龄季节，花香、树影、流水、浮光，使人流连。

The tune softens gradually, sounding as “the fine strings hummed like lovers’ whispers” when visitors walk toward the entry. Four staggered water features and two full stone wedge-shaped tree pools are quietly distributed on both sides of gray pavements, echoing each other. In the spring and autumn seasons, flowers perfume, trees create shadows, water flows, and floating light creates a place where people linger.

此处，水景内一条条竖向排列的玻璃，在工匠的巧手下，精确地化作一道道小水渠。细水流过，仿佛丝弦，发出绵绵琴声。

The skillful craftsman created vertical arrays of glass in the water feature that precisely turns into small water channels. The stream flows making a continuous string plucking sound.

当黑夜降临，各处的LED灯亮起，明璨的灯光凸显了水景、树池，以及不远处的售楼中心。硬朗的涌泉水池的与建筑、树谱写了新的一曲琴音。

When night falls, the LED lights luminate the water feature, tree pools and nearby Sales Centre and the spring water pool, buildings and tress compose a new sound of music.

穿过步行入口区，小院回转。在院墙上，琴弦哆嗦，大雁飞至，息声斜掠。小院是收转之处，此地左转，即是售楼中心的开始。

Walking across the entry and entering a small courtyard, where the landscape wall shows the scene of “geese flying in the music played by guqin”. Turning right brings you to the Sales Centre.

入内而出，又至另一片景色。开阔的镜水面远端，两段古琴弦交织出了古韵新意的漏窗，让内外风景得以渗透。

On the other side of the Sales Centre is an open mirror pool, at the end of which a landscape wall looks like it is put together by two strings of guqin. The leaking window establishes the “communications” between inside and outside.

而低旋的涌泉、跌落的水花……再现了示范区景观的曲调，将琴声渐渐引至未来大区的名曲篇章。

The low swirl and the falling spray of the spring play tunes and guide visitors to the future full community which is composed of six famous ancient pieces.

“新意”主要体现在示范区的“半开放”上。曲江九里位于城市主干线一隅，设计师巧妙地利用这一地形位置，将示范区大部分绿化、水景等留在了“室外”，使其成了城市街景的一部分。这是一种更为包涵、更为开放的新时代的城市姿态。

“New breath” is translated mainly by its semi-open space. Top Mansion is located at the corner of city’s main road. Taking advantage of this unique position, designers kept a majority of landscaping and water features in the open air, making the Display Area an integral part of the streetscape. It is undoubtedly a very inclusive and open design.

这种“半开放”的设计思路贯穿于整个示范区。不但有通过景墙的“漏窗”形成的“内外对话”，在售楼中心后的洽谈区，访客也能一览城市的繁华。示范区和街景，互有精华，成为一体。

The leaking window in the landscape wall is another example of semi-open design. What’s more, sitting in the negotiation area at the back of the Sales Centre, visitors can enjoy the view of the streetscape. In a word, the Display Area and the streetscape compliment each other.

未来，待大区建成后，示范区景观仍将大部分保存，成为城市永久的一部分。尤其当夜幕降临、华灯初上时，极富现代感的光带，线条简洁流畅，陪衬出曲江九里一片流光溢彩。

Especially when the lights are on, the lighting belts rich in contemporary feeling and designed in concise lines, transform Top Mansion into a bright and colorful space.
