International Competition for Schematic Design of No. 4 Building (Tentative Name) at Guiwan Park, Qianhai, Shenzhen
Pre-announcement
本次预公告提前将前海桂湾公园4号功能建筑（暂用名）方案设计国际竞赛有关事项予以公开，其主要目的是为了使潜在投标人有充分时间做好投标准备工作，以提高本次竞赛工作的质量。本次预公告事项存在一定的不确定性，主办单位不克不及许诺最终的竞赛公告与本次预公告事项完全一致，并以最终正式的竞赛公告内容为准。This pre-announcement is made to disclose in advance the matters relating to the International Competition for Schematic Design of No. 4 Building (tentative name) at Guiwan Park, Qianhai (the Competition), thus allowing the potential participants to well prepare for the Competition and eventually improving the quality of the competition submissions. Due to some uncertainties with matters disclosed herein, the Host will not guarantee full consistency between this pre-announcement and its final version. Any inconsistency shall be subject to the final official announcement.

项目概况
Project Overview
桂湾公园毗邻桂湾、前湾高密度商务区，自东向西呈带状分布，东至月亮湾大道，西至滨海公园，北临滨海大道，南至前海大道及桂湾河南街。Adjacent to Guiwan Bay and Qianwan high-density business district, Guiwan Park extends like a ribbon from east to west. It neighbors Yueliangwan Avenue to the east, Binhai Park to the west, Binhai Avenue to the north, and Qianhai Avenue and Guiwan River South Street to the south.
本项目为桂湾公园4号功能建筑，定位为公园体育中心，建筑位于公园南岸，北侧为公园攀爬墙，西侧为听海桂湾河桥，周边景观节点为多功能运动草坪。This Project, No. 4 Building at Guiwan Park, is planned as a sports center. Rising on the south bank of the park, the sports center is flanked by a climbing wall on the north and Tinghai Guiwan River Bridge on the west. The surrounding landscape nodes mostly serve as multifunctional sports turf.
本项目建设用地面积约1637㎡，建筑面积建议为约1150㎡，具体功能包含室内运动场、淋浴间更衣室、卫生间等，建筑高度不宜跨越15m。
With a site area of 1,637㎡ and a suggested GFA of 1,150㎡, the Project is planned to house functions of indoor sports field, shower/locker rooms, washrooms, etc. The building height is preferably no more than 15m.

Pre-announced Matters
（1）项目名称：前海桂湾公园4号功能建筑（暂用名）方案设计国际竞赛（1）Project name: International Competition for Schematic Design of No. 4 Building (Tentative Name) at Qianhai Guiwan Park
（2）项目地址：深圳市前海桂湾公园（2）Project location: Qianhai Guiwan Park, Shenzhen
（3）设计内容：竞赛阶段设计内容为建筑方案设计、景观概念方案设计及室内概念方案设计；确定实施方案后的工作内容包含方案设计深化以及初步设计、施工图设计阶段和施工阶段的配合工作。（3）Design contents: The design contents under the Competition include architectural schematic design (SD), landscape conceptual design and interior conceptual design. The work contents after the finalization of the implementation design scheme include SD detailing, design development (DD), construction drawing (CD) design and construction administration(CA).
（4）报名方式：采取“意向邀请+公开报名”方式。（4）Registration: The Competition adopts a combined approach of “invitation + open call”.
（5）资格条件：公开报名阶段不设资质要求，境内外具有相关设计经验的设计机构（自力法人资格或具有自力承担民事责任的能力的其他组织）均可报名加入。允许联合体报名，联合体成员不得跨越2家，联合体各方不得再零丁以自己名义，或者与另外的设计机构组成联合体加入本次竞赛。不接受个人及个人组合的报名。（5）Qualification requirements: The open call sets no threshold in terms of qualification certificates. All local and international design firms (independent legal entities or other organizations that can independently bear civil liability) with relevant design experience are eligible for the registration. Registration in the form of design consortium is acceptable, and each consortium shall have no more than 2 members. None of the members of a consortium is allowed to sign up again in its own name or in the form of another consortium. Registration by individuals or teams of individuals will not be accepted.

Timetable
本次竞赛工作分为三个阶段进行，分别为邀请及公开报名阶段、竞赛阶段、优化阶段：
The Competition will be divided into three stages, namely, the stage of invitation and open call, competition, and design optimization.
第一阶段，2021年1月——2021年2月
Stage 1: From January 2021 to February 2021
第二阶段，2021年2月——2021年3月
Stage 2: From February 2021 to March 2021
第三阶段，2021年4月——2021年5月
Stage 3: From April 2021 to May 2021
*以上为暂定日程放置，实际放置以发布的正式竞赛公告为准。*The above timetable is a tentative schedule. The one released in the official announcement shall be taken as final.
