普利斯设计集团住宅景观设计:万科竹径云山

竹径云山背靠太璞山、西邻矿山公园,地理位置十分优越、所在地的原始资源也保存的非常良好。在景观设计上,普利斯设计集团充分利用了自然形成的南低北高地势,并最大化的利用了周边环境所形成的氛围,以“竹子”为主要元素,写意地打造出了这个“于自然美景中生活”的现代化居住空间。

目前业已完工的是低密度区域的人行入口及排屋样板区。“竹林”、“闲径”、“烟

云”、“幽山”如同水墨画般的东方意境被逐渐营造起来。普利斯设计团队运用了大量分歧类型的竹子作为景观的主要绿化布景:步道的两边以竹林为界,由南至北的景观主轴曲折蜿蜒,随地势缓缓而上,让人如行于山中,亦有赏竹寻路之意境。

墙体上运用虎皮黄等石材使之更具自然野趣,入口的水幕墙与雾森结合,水雾袅绕如同进入仙境,门楼景墙上书 “竹径云山”四字,即为标示又巧妙的点景。从门楼右侧是拾阶而上,穿过景观墙后的平台,则可进入样板区。

低密度排屋区借中式“里弄”的概念,形成了组团式的院落空间,窄巷和高篱在空间上加强了庭院的私密感。样板庭院中设计了小水景、户外餐饮、“一米”菜园、多肉植物园等等,鼓励业主更多的享受户外时光,在庭院中休憩、用餐、举行小型派对等等。

With a stunning backdrop of Taipu Mountain, Zhu Jing Yun Shan enjoys an excellent location and well-preserved natural resources.

Place Design Group took full advantage of this beautiful terrain via the landscape architecture and design services for the project.

Elevated from the south to the north, a “bamboo themed” modern living space was created where residents will feel as though they are living within the beautiful, natural scenery that surrounds them.

A pedestrian entry and townhouse sample precincts have recently been completed, featuring Bamboo forests with winding paths juxtaposed against visuals of delicate clouds and the calming mountains. These elements combined share similar aesthetics to a stylised wash painting, translating the design into a very clear, oriental concept.

A path for resident’s to walk and climb the hills follows the site’s axis and a broad variety of Bamboos are used as the landscape’s background acting as a natural boundary which is guided by the rise and fall of the terrain.

Tiger skin yellow stones used in the wall add a natural wildness to the landscape environment, and water curtain walls combined with sprays at the entrance welcome people into this residential “wonderland”.

Steps to the right of the gate tower direct residents past charming landscape walls, which lead through to the sample house precincts.

In the low-density sections of the site such as the courtyard, the design has been shaped by the concept of Chinese “lanes and alleys” to deliver a more communal, grouped effect for residents to enjoy.  

A narrow lane and a high fence enhance the privacy of these courtyards and further features which encourage use of the outdoor areas are a small scale water feature; outdoor catering area; a vegetable garden; and succulent plant gardens – all arranged in sample courtyards illustrating the enjoyment and activities possible.
